Bistro Daisy is a small bistro in uptown New Orleans that was opened by husband and wife team Anton and Diane Schulte.  It is named after their daughter, Daisy.  The restaurant features fresh, seasonal (and often local) foods that are prepared in American bistro style.  The restaurant has received numerous good reviews and awards.
